When your process server is required to appear in court, we attend the proceeding and testify regarding the service we performed so you have the witness you need.
There are times when opposing counsel or the court requires the process server to appear and testify about how, when, and where service was made. OC Legal Support Services can appear at the scheduled Orange County Superior Court proceeding and provide testimony limited to what we personally did and observed while performing the service including the date, time, location, manner of service, and our service records. Our testimony is factual, professional, and based solely on our direct personal knowledge of the service performed.
